In this census each city is divided into Charges and the Officer appointed at charge level is called Charge Superintendent. Each charge is further divided into Circles and the officer appointed at circle level is called Circle Supervisor. Each circle is divided into blocks, authorities appointed at block to make the census are called enumerators.
